Terms and Conditions for 308Media LLC’s Giveaway

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of 308Media LLC or associated entities are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on January 17th 2025 and ends on February 28th 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

Free Entry: To enter for free, participants may submit a handwritten postcard with their full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and mailing address to 308Media LLC Giveaway, PO BOX 163 Kearney Nebraska 68848 - 0163. Purchase Entry: Additional entries can be earned by purchasing merchandise on 308Media LLC’s platforms. For every $5 spent (excluding taxes and shipping), the entrant will receive one entry. Purchases made prior to the promotion period are not eligible for entries.

Entry Limit: There is a maximum of 100 entries per person, regardless of the entry method. For mail-in entries, this equates to a maximum of 10 postcards per participant.

4. Winner Selection

A random drawing will be conducted on or about [Drawing Date] to select one winner. The drawing will be performed under the supervision of an independent third party or automated system. The winner will receive an AGV Pista carbon fiber helmet of their choice. The helmet’s retail value ranges from $1,600 to $1,924.95, depending on the model selected. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for cash. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.

The winner may be required to complete and return a W-9 form or other tax documentation as a condition of receiving the prize. The winner is responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.

The winner may also be required to participate in promotional activities, such as interviews or promotional content creation, at the discretion of 308Media LLC.

10. Fraud and Compliance

Entries found to be fraudulent or non-compliant with these terms will be disqualified. 308Media LLC reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in a disruptive manner.

11. Limitation of Liability

308Media LLC and associated parties are not responsible for technical errors, lost or delayed entries, or any damage to participants’ property related to the giveaway. 15. Disqualification

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply with these terms will be disqualified without notification. Participants found to have tampered with the entry process, engaged in fraud, or violated the spirit of the giveaway will be disqualified. This includes using automated entries or submitting false information.

18. Revenue Contingency Clause

In the event that the revenue generated from the giveaway does not meet the cost of the prize (AGV Pista Helmet), 308Media LLC reserves the right to either extend the giveaway period or substitute the prize with an item of equivalent value. Any changes to the giveaway period or prize will be communicated publicly through 308Media LLC's official channels. This clause is included to ensure the financial viability and fairness of the giveaway.
